This Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy describes the payments, refunds and cancellations processed by myProfashional AG, Stockerstrasse 44, 8002 Zurich, Switzerland (hereinafter "myProfashional").
A
Payments
●
myProfashional collects and processes payments of registered users of a myProfashional registered Website creating an account that intends to or does receive the shopping service (“Shopper”) and transfers them net of the payment provider and myProfashional fee to the provider of shopping services (“Profashional”).
●
Profashionals are free to set their individual price per hour based on their experience. A standard commission fee of 20%, including payment provider fees, is added to the hourly rate by myProfashional to cover its expenses. Shoppers may see the total applicable price per hour displayed on every Profashional's profile.
●
When a Shopper books a shopping service (“Shopping Trip”), the Shopper will be asked to enter her or his credit card credentials. However, the Shopper will only be charged in the moment she or he decides to terminate the Shopping Trip. The Profashional will track the duration of the Shopping Trip with myProfashional’s accurate Trip Tracker, so the Shopper only pays for the exact amount of time spent together with the Profashional. The Shopper has full control and may spontaneously decide how long to use the shopping service.

Currently, myProfashional only accepts Mastercard and Visa credit cards as a payment method.
●
Payments will be transferred to Profashionals’ accounts within 7 days after the completion of the Shopping Trip.

Cancellation

Profashional
●
If a Profashional cannot provide the service related to an accepted booking anymore, she or he must cancel the Shopping Trip officially by clicking on the cancellation link in the confirmation e-mail. The Shopper will be informed. No cancellation fee is applied.
●
If a Shopper cancels a confirmed Shopping Trip, no compensation will be granted to the Profashional.
●
If a Profashional accepted a booking request and does not show up timely at the meeting point of the respective Shopping Trip, her or his activities on myprofashional.com will be monitored carefully. In case of reoccurrence, myProfashional reserves the right to suspend/deactivate the Profashional’s account.
●
If a Shopper did not show up timely at the meeting point of a confirmed Shopping Trip, the Profashional is advised to inform myProfashional via hello@myprofashional.com or the Help Center of the myProfashional Website. No compensation will be granted to the Profashional.

Shopper
●
If a Shopper cannot attend a confirmed Shopping Trip, she or he must cancel the Shopping Trip officially by clicking on the cancellation link in the confirmation e-mail. The Profashional will be informed. No cancellation fee is applied.
●
If a Profashional cancels a confirmed Shopping Trip, no compensation will be granted to the Shopper.
●
If a Shopper did not show up timely at the meeting point of a confirmed Shopping Trip, her or his activities on myprofashional.com will be monitored carefully. In case of reoccurrence, myProfashional reserves the right to suspend/deactivate the Shopper’s account.
●
If the Profashional did not show timely at the meeting point of a confirmed Shopping Trip, the Shopper is advised to inform myProfashional via hello@myprofashional.com or the Help Center of myProfashional. No compensation will be granted to the Shopper.
C
Refunds
●
Charges paid by a Shopper are final and non-refundable unless otherwise determined by myProfashional.
●
In a case of fraud or otherwise inacceptable Service provided by a Profashional, please place your refund request to myProfashional via e-mail to hello@myprofashional.com or via the Help Center of myProfashional. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any refunds at any time are at myProfashional’s sole discretion only.
●
Fees incurred as the result of refunds or other payment disputes raised by the Shopper, and by disputes requiring accounting or legal services, shall be covered by the Shopper unless otherwise determined by myProfashional.
D
General Provisions
●
myProfashional reserves the right to amend this Payment, Refund & Cancellation Notice at any time and without prior notice or announcement. The latest version posted on the myProfashional Website shall be applicable.
●
myProfashional shall inform the affected person of any update or amendments by e-mail or in another appropriate manner.
●
The amendments shall be deemed to have been accepted unless the affected individual objects within 30 days of notification. In case of objection, myProfashional shall be free to terminate any agreement with the affected individual with immediate effect.
