Firstly, decide which Profashional you would like to book and have a look at the free availabilities in the calendar section of his/her profile.
Either select a date from the calendar or suggest an alternative date to your Profashional. Then, continue to fill in all Shopping Trip details: Estimate your trip duration and share your shopping preferences - the more a Profashional knows about you in advance, the better prepared he will be.
Enter your credit card details. However, you will only be charged once you decided to end your Shopping Trip. Your Profashional will track the duration of your trip with our accurate Trip Tracker app, so you only pay for the exact amount of time spent together with your Profashional.
Review the Shopping Trip details and submit your request. Finally, stay tuned and keep checking your emails, you will receive a reply from your Profashional within 24 hours.
Only a confirmed booking can be cancelled. As long as a Shopping Trip request, respectively the reply from a Profashional, is pending, no action can be taken. A confirmed Shopping Trip can be cancelled at any time by clicking on the link in your confirmation email. No cancellation fee will be applied, but try to avoid last-minute cancellations and treat your Profashional's time with respect. The sooner you inform your Profashional, the better!

We will do anything in our power to make it up to you! And hey... give it a second chance, there are plenty of other very reliable Profashionals who would be delighted to join you on your next Shopping Trip!
Profashionals are free to set their individual price per hour based on their experience. A standard commission fee of 20% is added to the hourly rate by myProfashional to cover for its expenses. You may see the total applicable price per hour displayed on every Profashional's profile.
When you book a Shopping Trip, you will be asked to enter your credit card details. However, you will only be charged once you decide to end your Shopping Trip. Your Profashional will track the duration of your Shopping Trip with our accurate Trip Tracker, so you only pay for the exact amount of time spent together with your Profashional. The start and end code to activate and terminate your Shopping Trip, are sent to you in the confirmation e-mail you receive after your booking request has been accepted. You have full control and may spontaneously decide how long to shop.
Currently, we only accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards as payment method.
